We are currently unable to accept payment via cheque.

We are unable to change the order or delivery address for an order once the order has been confirmed. Therefore please make sure that you take extra careful when entering names and addresses.

All our products are handmade and hand-painted one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be a minor variances in size, shape or colour, from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade and hand painted ceramics, but this what makes them so unique.

Crazing is characterised by small cracks in the glaze of the pottery.

If the product has been bought within the past year please get in touch with us. We will need photos and the proof of purchase and we may ask for the time to be sent back to us. We will replace the item free of charge.

We do not offer bespoke orders, the lines and colours on our website are what we currently make. Do keep checking for our latest designs.

We do not offer discounts on our pottery.

We sell seconds in our shop in Malta which is attached to our workshop, these are sold at a 30% discount. We do not sell seconds online

Yes we have wedding registry available. Please email info@villabolognapottery.com or come into our shop and we can help put this together for you.

Yes you can purchase gift vouchers in our shop

The gift vouchers are redeemable in our shop. Please note that a gift card is only redeemable in the country in which it was issued.

Gift vouchers expire after one year.

All of our pottery is dishwater safe, lower temperature wash and liquid detergent is recommended to maintain appearance.

Our pottery is not recommended for use in the microwave.

The pottery is not oven safe.
