DELIVERIES
If an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the event that an item is sold out and your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, and where available, provide you with the option of an exchange, cancellation or back order.
Please note that extra large or heavy orders may exceed any previously quoted freight cost. If this happens we will get in touch to agree the increased charge before dispatching your order.
TRACKING DELIVERIES
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipment confirmation which will contain a link to track your order.
CUSTOMS
Orders within UK, EU and USA are delivered duty paid.
Orders outside of the UK, EU and USA may be subjected to Import Duties & possible Sales Taxes at point of entry. These charges are the purchaser's liability and must be paid by the purchaser.
RETURNS
We offer a 14 day returns policy. Please send us an email at info@villabolognapottery.com with your order number and reason for return.
All goods will be inspected upon return. We will refund any items purchased with us provided that the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the goods remain the customers responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a tracked postage service with insurance and ship back in the original packaging and box. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that arrive broken or do not reach us. Villa Bologna Pottery reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
We will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Items purchased in the shop in Malta or London must be returned to the same shop for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept these items back via mail order.
Items purchased online must be returned via mail order. We cannot process returns for purchases made online in our shop.
FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email info@villabolognapottery.com within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will endeavour to exchange this as quickly as possible. In most cases you will need to provide photo evidence.
Please return the damaged goods in the original packaging.
For faulty and damaged products we will replace or refund you the cost of the goods as well as the returns postage and your original delivery charge.
We will not refund any postage costs incurred on a product that we do not consider faulty.
